All services are provided in the comfort of the client's home. Clients can choose the service, select the date and time, wait for confirmation from the service provider, and then make payment through the app.
The app offers a convenient and secure way to receive top-quality beauty services at home with professional care.
How can I book a service through Ruwaa Beauty?
You can book a service easily through the app. Download the app, register by creating a new account using your name, phone number, and email. After registering, you can browse the available services, select the service you want, choose the date and time, and wait for the provider's confirmation before making the payment.
Can I change the appointment time after booking?
Yes, you can modify the appointment time before the booking is confirmed by the service provider.
What payment methods are available?
Payments are processed through the app using available payment methods such as Visa, Mada, MasterCard, and Apple Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel or modify your reservation as long as it is done 48 hours before the scheduled time. kindly check cancelation policy below.
Can I rate the service?
Yes, you can rate the service and the staff after completing the service. We value your feedback to improve our services.
What should I do if I encounter a problem with the service?
If you encounter any issues, you can contact the support team via the app or website, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
Are services available for both men and women?
Yes, we offer services for all clients, regardless of gender.
How can I add notes or customize the service?
You can communicate with the service provider through the app.
Can I book more than one service at the same time?
Yes, you can book more than one service from the same provider or from different providers on the same day. You can also specify the number of people who will benefit from the services requested from the service provider.
How is the service booking confirmed?
After selecting the service and setting the appointment, the service provider will confirm the booking. Once confirmed, you must complete the payment within 30 minutes to finalize the booking.
How can I contact the service provider?
You can send a direct message to the service provider through the app to inquire about any details or to coordinate appointments.
How can I use a gift card?
In the "Account" section, select "Gift Cards," then choose the card design appropriate for the occasion. After that, enter the amount you want to load, your name, the recipient's information, and the message. Finally, proceed with the payment. The recipient will receive the card and the loaded amount.
How can I track my financial status or wallet balance?
You can track your balance and available points in your wallet through the "Account" section in the app. You can use these points for discounts on services.
How are loyalty points calculated?
You can earn points by booking and completing services. These points can later be used to get discounts or special offers.
How can I update my account details?
You can update your personal information through the "Account" page in the app. You can update your name, phone number, and email.
How can I contact customer support?
If you have any inquiries or issues, you can contact the support team via the "Contact Us" section in the app or directly through the website.
How can I change the language of the app?
You can change the language of the app through the menu item, as the app is available in both Arabic and English.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation by the customer:
If a client cancels after payment, the following policies apply:
- More than 48 hours before the appointment → No cancellation fee.
- Between 48 to 24 hours before the appointment → SAR 10 cancellation fee.
- Between 24 to 12 hours before the appointment → SAR 20 cancellation fee.
- Less than 12 hours before the appointment → SAR 30 cancellation fee.
- If the service provider were on their way to the client location or the client failed to be present at the scheduled time and location will be treated as a last-minute cancellation → 100% charge (no refund).
Cancellation by the service provider:
- More than 48 hours before the appointment → 10 riyals compensation to the client from the provider.
- Between 48 to 24 hours before the appointment → 30 riyals compensation to the client from the provider.
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment → 50 riyals compensation to the client from the provider.
- If the service provider is late for more than 15 minutes , a 50% refund to the customer's wallet.
